A story of my confused state

  2018, I moved to Ogun state and had to seek employment in a school within my vicinity. As a Lagos teacher, I was used to a vibrant class, swift answers and mushy acts by my students. So I resumed at my new work place with that fully charged energy. The first day got me confused. I was to teach the primary classes, I started my class and it was obvious these children were not following. They could neither understand what I was saying nor did they show any bit of interest. It was then I knew I had to start from the scratch. First, I had to create a connection. I wanted them to understand that I am first their friend. I needed to set the foundation that they can have both a friend and teacher in one. After that, I came down to their level. I made them feel and appreciate every little progress they made. HOW I LOST MY JOB (2016) The company's new managing director called me into his office. MD: Titi I'm very sure you're aware of the financial setback this company is facing and right now all hands ought to be on deck towards restructuring the company. Me: Yes Sir MD: Right now I need people that can get me ten million naira per month through marketing and the way I'm seeing you, you can't befriend those men that can put money into this business. Why is God so wicked?

#LengthyPost Today I was thinking about all my years on earth and lessons I've learnt. I remembered the day I wholeheartedly prayed to for death. I so wanted to die since I found every second of my stay on earth useless. Now a thought popped up in my mind " what if God answers all prayers" That means I would have been long forgotten. We often ask "Why didn't God answer my prayers?" "why did He let this happen?" Is God a wicked God?. Why does He turn deaf ears sometimes to our pleas I watched a movie yesterday. A young man bore bitter feeling of resentment toward God just because he prayed to God to save his father and yet he died. A priest told him God is just like our parents. They love and care for you yet they don't give you everything you ask for. Not because they don't have it but because they see what you don't see. SELF LOVE

From the creation story in Gen 1:26, we learnt God created man in his own image and likeness, no wonder the bible says in Ps 82:6 that "I have said, ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most high". On the 9th April in church the word SELF LOVE was dropped in my spirit and after meditating on it I got some revelation about it. Rom 5:8 "But God shows his Love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us", have you ever pondered on why God instructed Christ to die for us because of our sins. Why did he still love us despite our wicked ways. That was SELF LOVE in action, when God looks at us he sees Himself because he created us in his image and likeness. Despite our sins, He couldn't bring himself to hate us because he keeps seeing himself in us, no wonder he had to sacrifice his only begotten son for our sake. EVEN IF YOUR FEET IS IN IT, YOUR HEAD MUST BE ABOVE IT

Mystery has always been an essential quality of  life. Sometimes,it's the bedrock of things beyond our field of vision or our scope of comprehension. What inspired me to write this is an interview I heard on the radio. Truly,if you can think it,then you can do/be it. The interviewee was a man who had some defects. He's deaf and can't speak well. Despite this,he knows whatever people are saying. You'd wondering how he does this. He lip- reads,that is,looking at the movements of the mouth in order to be able to fathom out what the person is saying. This,to me,is intriguing. Now,to the main quality the man has-I call it an inventor's brain. During the interview,I got to know that the man actually made a DVD player by himself using the local materials at his disposal. TRAINING A CHILD

Its no longer news that children aren't trained in the way they ought to go but in the way their parents deem it fit for them to go. Before a child is born, parents have concluded on the path/career of the child and when he is born, he has no option than follow their path like a dummy least the society tags him a disobedient child. I was discussing with a couple days ago and I raised the topic of training a child. I told them children should in the way they should go not the way their parents want them to go. I was taken aback by their response "So we should allow him become wayward abi, he should do whatever he wants to do..." Pro 22:6 "Train up a child IN THE WAY HE SHOULD GO and when he is old he won't depart from it." IN THE WAY HE SHOULD GO not IN THE WAY YOU WANT HIM TO GO. CONDUCTOR'S SECRET

Y e sterday i boarded a bus to work and the conductor taught me a very important life lesson.  When i entered i was the only one in the bus and there were several buses there calling out for passengers but this conductor of the bus i entered did something i loved. He went across the road and started calling for passengers, he assisted some in crossing the road and he carried luggage of others. He also had to persuade some that his bus was going to move immediately they entered and before the twinkle of an eye the bus was filled while other buses were still there. After some passengers dropped he had to call for more passengers, the first two passengers offered to pay less which was ridiculous.  He refused to carry them and the bus moved to another location, getting there he picked passengers who paid exactly what he called.  It got me thinking thank God he didn't to carry those who offered to less.
