A story of my confused state

  2018, I moved to Ogun state and had to seek employment in a school within my vicinity. As a Lagos teacher, I was used to a vibrant class, swift answers and mushy acts by my students. So I resumed at my new work place with that fully charged energy. The first day got me confused. I was to teach the primary classes, I started my class and it was obvious these children were not following. They could neither understand what I was saying nor did they show any bit of interest. It was then I knew I had to start from the scratch. First, I had to create a connection. I wanted them to understand that I am first their friend. I needed to set the foundation that they can have both a friend and teacher in one. After that, I came down to their level. I made them feel and appreciate every little progress they made. I built up their interest in education. We worked together, applying several strategies I discovered and created, and within some month the growth was evident. Eureka is a book that ...

BOYFRIEND VERSUS BOYFRIEND

Boyfriend as used in this post refers to both gender.

Yes I think it is Time we have a boyfriend vs boyfriend fight. Let's know who owns the name boyfriend.

The dictionary definition did justice to that but we still don't get it.
I was asked "Do you have a boyfriend?", i replied "No i don't" she laughed "so you don't have a male friend", "I call then guyfriends, not boyfriends"
Yeah! So to aid our understanding I would be using guyfriend which would mean: A guy you know well and like.
Boyfriend: A man or boy that you're having a sexual relationship with.

So back to our discussion, still on the Dear Teens series.

As a teenager why do you need a guyfriend or boyfriend?
GUYFRIEND 
studies together 
Pray together 
Play
Listens to you
Advises you
Makes you happy
Sometimes hug you.

BOYFRIEND
Can't even do what a guyfriend  does.
Kisses you
Hugs you 
Have sex.

As a teenager the only reason you have a boyfriend is because you need some to kiss, hug etc that is what having a boyfriend at this age can ever offer you.

This is quite different from a youth who goes into a relationship because it might lead to marriage.
You have no business having a boyfriend as a teenager, what you can have is a guyfriend.

I'm surprised when I see teenagers crying because their boyfriend/girlfriend broke their heart. That's insane
At this age you've started kissing,romancing,having sleepless nights, crying your eyes out,writing stupid love letters all because of a relationship.


Your mates are having sleepless nights because of their preparation for exams while yours is because you're thinking of that boy or girl.

Only a fool would rush into something that they would enjoy in future.
Teenagers today are so eager to kiss, hug,write love letters, have sex e.t.c.
That's unimaginable.
Why do all that now when in future your husband/wife would fulfill all that desire.

Since the world was created kisses, hugs and sex has been existing and will exist till the end of the world.
Don't be scared they might go into extinction.

Fine boy and girl no fit finish for this world.
In junior secondary school I thought I had seen them all, I got to secondary school I saw more and will keep seeing fine boys till eternity.

Grace VanderWal, Zuriel Oduwole are examples of teens impacting our world.
But you are breaking records of youngest kisser, best kisser, best cry e.t.c.

But seriously how do you feel when you're with your boyfriend/girlfriend, kissing and doing all sort of rubbish.
Do you think at all
You're on Facebook just to have a bf/gf , you buy credit only to call bf/gf,you go out for bf/gf, when you cry its for bf/gf. Your whole thought is on bf/gf.
Don't make God regret the very day He created you.
Don't make yourself a useless creature to God.
He created you for a purpose, don't let Him see you as a waste of time.
Don't destroy your future
There is a time for everything
Snap out of that stupidity
Snap out of that insane life
Come out of that weird world of yours.
Teenagers are trending daily because of their impact in our society.
Join their world
It is never too late
Today is the right time to turn a new leaf
Tomorrow might be too late.

The use of stupid and fool is to touch a nerve in you since been nice would have the same effect of using sarcasm in this recession period.

THINGS YOU CAN DO TO GROW THAT TALENT ( SINGERS,DANCERS,ACTORS)

today i will be sharing ways you can create an opportunity for yourself by using your talents. like i said before talent is never static, it either grows or dies. and am very sure no one wants a dying talent but the question is HOW WOULD I GROW MY TALENT many people say the reason they have not improved their talent is because of finance, lack of connection e.t.c. really that shouldn't be a problem anymore as i would be sharing  different ways you can showcase your talent.
